Manager – Business Acquisitions/Onboarding

· Lead a team supervising & planning sales/restaurant onboarding, mapping, and target allocation as per business requirements month-on-month

· Screens/Crosschecks with the team to ensure checklist followed, approves and supervises restaurant onboarding on HUNGR’S App collectively with required compliances

· Gathers market intelligence, analyzes trends/ new prospects and uses them to improve team efficiency and share viable best practices with the management

· Primarily responsible for the B2B sales in terms of onboarding and sourcing alternate revenues through site/space selling and cross-promos

· Responsible for signing key national accounts and taking complete ownership of this process end-to-end

· Training the team on sales tools and processes orientation

· Maintaining cordial relationships with onboarded restaurants and coordinating promotions, menu validation, and best practices implementation

· Work in sync with various departments to improve efficacy and optimize cost

· Be the Brand Ambassador/Manager for HUNGR’S in the market

· Qualification: Graduate in any discipline/ MBA in marketing preferred

· Experience: 5 to 10 years in e-commerce onboarding or with aggregators

· Other requirements: Two-wheeler with a license & fluency in local language, English and Hindi is a must

· Key skills: Sales, Marketing / Digital, BD, MS Office, Affluence in app usage, CG skills and formal communication skills

· Remuneration: 6 – 8 LPA Fixed plus variable
