Top Duties and Qualifications
An assistant manager is a relatively lower-level manager who assists the manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a department or an office. They are involved in tasks like hiring and training new employees, managing inventory and ordering supplies and resolving customer queries. Meanwhile, an area manager is a higher-level manager who oversees multiple branches within a specific area. Area managers ensure that the different branches work to their fullest potential and coordinate efficiently to achieve the company’s goals.
An assistant manager supervises several employees who belong to the same branch. While the number of employees may vary according to the organization’s size and hierarchy, assistant managers oversee employees like team leaders, supervisors and other professionals. The assistant manager typically serves as a bridge between lower-level employees and the management by providing direction and guidance to the employees.
· Offer guidance to contracted drivers on the best ways to maximize their earnings, while delivering a more orders & customer service
· Ensure that all drivers understand and procure the licenses and permits they need to legally carry loads to customer destinations
· Collaborate with human resources and marketing to add quality employee drivers and contracted drivers to the fleet
· Work closely with the Sales & Supply team to find ways to reduce SLA & Escalation run the smooth operation
· Our Fleet Manager & Asst manager will also be responsible for meeting regularly the drivers for any RNR / High Escalation Situation
· who can work closely on ground level with our drivers to maximize expenditures and deliver the highest possible level of service to our customers
· The successful candidate will streamline routes with drivers to keep costs down, but still deliver the level of service customers are expecting
· Be the Brand Ambassador/Manager for HUNGR’S in the market
· Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
preferred Experience: 3 to 5 years in ecommerce fleet operations or with aggregators such as Zomato / Swiggy’s /Ola / etc
