ROLES AND Responsibilities: Semi voice process (Chat / Inbound calls) Resolving customers queries and issues related to the products and services via chat or voice platform. Regular following up with the customer. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis Obtaining customer information and other relevant data Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements
Candidate should be Target oriented, and shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly KPI. Proficient in MS Office.
Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in any stream At least 1- 2 years of experience required in Customer support Department. Great interpersonal skills. Should be well versed in English, Kannada and Hindi. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks Outstanding problem-solving skills Hard-working individual Ability to handle pressure Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
